Alice in Wonderland for me is the most profound fairytale/fiction
of all. Behind the magical facade of mythical creatures lie deep personalities and unfathomable ways of thinking; thus, this story compels me to examine things in a different manner. I have yet to read the book but based on the texts and manga read, movies and series watched, this kind of story suits me. My favorite character? Cheshire Cat. I think he (I assume he's a he) embodies one's inner demon/conscience--whichever applies. The weirder, the better. In second place would be the Mad Hatter.
